LEGAL: A Claim is Brewing & How to Manage Project Defaults

We will discuss common “occurrences giving rise to a claim” and how to identify them and what to do when one arises.  This will include discussions regarding contract provisions related to claims, notices, extensions, compensation, and dispute resolution as well as how to best position the company to be prepared for such events.  Some of the “occurrences” will include Owner/Contractor/Subcontractor defaults, delays, terminations/suspensions/supplementations.
