Speaker Charlie Shelton is a Compliance Assistance Specialist with the Cleveland Area OSHA Office, bringing over 24 years of experience in occupational safety and health. He has served in multiple roles including Safety Compliance Officer, Assistant Area Director, and is CHST certified with expertise in both construction and general industry safety. Charlie is known for his leadership in promoting workplace safety through education, strategic partnerships, and community outreach initiatives.
