Al brings over 30 years of leadership experience, having spearheaded the growth of a church to seven locations and a 3,000+ member congregation. After completing a transformative leadership program with GiANT Worldwide in 2015, he founded Lead Like One in 2020. Al partners with leaders across manufacturing, construction, education, nonprofits, and more—focusing on reducing turnover, minimizing conflict, and building resilient, high-performance teams. He champions a people-centered approach, helping individuals discover their leadership identity and equipping organizations to cultivate healthy, growth-driven cultures.

You can now register and pay for all meetings for the year at one time.  Topics and meeting times will be emailed to you prior to the meeting date which will include an overview of the meeting with speakers that will be present.
