CEA Bargained Trades

In accordance with CEA's Code of Regulations, contractors signed with any of the CEA bargained trades automatically assign their collective bargaining rights to CEA as a multi-employer bargaining organization. Ratification of CEA bargained agreements are made be a majority vote of the CEA member contractors who are signatory with the given trade union at issue.

Other Construction Trades
By applying for CEA Membership, you certify that your company has posted appropriate wage and welfare bonds in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement(s) to which you are signatory.

Non-signatory construction managers who do not self-perform construction work with a non-union workforce may apply for membership with 3 references from current Signatory Members of CEA.

Signatory contractors must provide 1 reference who must be a current CEA Signatory Member.
