Director of Workforce Programs
Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility
The Director of Workforce Programs is a key position at CEA as this person leads the association’s workforce outreach efforts including CEA’s administration of the ACE Mentor Program, Cleveland Builds, and similar endeavors at the direction of CEO. The Director is responsible for the development of best practices in cooperation with CEA members, building trades unions, as well as related national, state and local construction associations.
Additional Areas of Responsibility
This position will serve as CEA’s liaison to the ACE Mentor Program of Cleveland, Cleveland Builds, and other affiliated organizations on a case-by-case basis to the extent such duties and responsibilities are consistent with and advance the mission of CEA. This position is highly regarded and critical to the success of CEA. The individual in this role has a continual and on-going responsibility to ensure the development of programs and events to increase community and member engagement consistent with CEA’s central mission. Cultivating relationships with the many organizations is expected.
