Dump Truck Driver
Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility
R.L. Cole Enterprise, Inc. is seeking a professional dump truck driver to transport dirt, gravel, salt, asphalt, etc. on various constructions sites in all weather conditions. The driver shall perform daily truck inspections, complete log sheets, and maintain a clean truck. Driver conducts all work in accordance with policies, procedures, and programs. Start time varies from 6:00am to 7:00am w/ occasional overtime.
Additional Areas of Responsibility
Makes daily pre/post trip inspections on assigned vehicle to maintain maximum vehicle safety conditions and to check for any damaged or work parts or for any signs of tampering. Drives dump truck to destination applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and of roads in the area.
Other Information/Requirements
High School Diploma or GED. Valid Class A/B Commercial Driver’s License. Valid Medical Examiner’s Certificate – must pass DOT physical.
