Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility
Responsible to Lead, assemble and manage estimates, budget controls, and risk assessments during the preconstruction phase for all scopes and disciplines of work. Develop relationships with Vendors and Trade Partners to maximize efficiencies and project success.
Other Information/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management; 5 or more years of estimating experience in construction industry
