Main Areas of Responsibility
An Operations Support Administrative Assistant is responsible for various functions including, but not limited to: Primary administrative support to Field Support Manager, Service Manager, Fleet Manager, Operations and others as designated, greet incoming visitors, schedule vendor appointments, support various managers with correspondence, phones/ messages, mailings, and coordinating meetings/schedules and assist with financial reporting, coding of invoices, and job setups / closeouts.
