Main Areas of Responsibility
Deliver home safety and modification programs and other community projects in RTNEO’s service area.
Additional Areas of Responsibility
Manage Healthy Home Program to be delivered as needed for specific funding sources. Manage work scopes and deliverables for Kent Senior Service Day, National Rebuilding Month Projects and other projects as needed (20% of time) Assist with housing director with other grant funded projects as needed. Maintain good working relationships with clients, volunteers, vendors and partners. Maintain build schedules that adhere to the program plans and budget.
Other Information/Requirements
• Experience in all facets of home/modification construction • Have a strong desire to help in the community and share our mission • Comfortable with a diverse group of people • Comfortable seeking donations. • Able to work some Saturdays • Physically able to work on the job site, able to lift up to 80 pounds • Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of insurance • Must pass a background check and become trained as needed (LEAD Certification, CAPS) • Competency in digital applications – Microsoft Office and smart phones • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not needed
