Project Manager – Construction Services
Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility
Oversee the planning and execution of various types of industrial construction projects, rigging/moving jobs, and customer facility and asset improvement projects. Provide comprehensive oversight and management of project level activities and stakeholder relationships which result in timely completion, satisfied customers, and financial outcomes which meet or exceed the initial parameters on a consistent and routine basis.
Additional Areas of Responsibility
Prioritize a safe work environment and manage all internal and external safety requirements. Assume primary responsibility for project finances. Manage project implementation and track project status. Maintain working relationships and clear communication with owner’s representative for each assigned project. Subcontractor/vendor sourcing, prequalification, scheduling, and communication. Facilitate owner and subcontractor change orders. Create and update the project schedule. Daily coordination and communication with various site superintendents and field reports. Remain in close contact with
Other Information/Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, and/or a related discipline, or three to five years of related industrial, facilities, or service project management experience.
