Sales Representative - Construction Services

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility

Prospect and qualify new accounts through cold calling efforts and respond to inquiries received from website and incoming phone calls. Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing customers.

Additional Areas of Responsibility
Develop and make formal and informal presentation of company services to current and potential customers. Offer, follow up, negotiate, and close business with new and existing customers. Work with field employees and estimators to create an obtainable job budget. Prepare and execute sales action plans and strategies. Provide week updates to management team regarding leads, new business, and industry/market conditions. Focus on improving and developing sales revenue and margin with existing and new customers. Promote newly obtained FBE status and use it to gain new business.
Other Information/Requirements
A graduate with a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Finance and/or a related discipline is preferred. Three to five years of relevant experience in the construction industry would be greatly beneficial.
