Main Areas of Responsibility
We are adding to our team because of the current and expected future bid volume. This role will be very important as we grow KSE - and will require someone with Fabricators, regional GC/CM relationships, Understanding of market conditions and pricing. This is not a typical "take off" role...the right person has the right mix of Biz Dev, Construction Estimating (primarily IW but all trades), and ability to promote the Kelley Value proposition.
Additional Areas of Responsibility
Partner with the Ops team to develop Job Roll out and effective labor and equipment utilization; based on bids.
Other Information/Requirements
Fabrication experience would be a plus.
