What attracted you to the construction industry? What attracts me to the industry is the constant change and challenges it presents. There is never a dull day in construction! 

What do you enjoy most about your job? I enjoy collaborating with people from all parts of the industry. I like seeing things start conceptually and play a part in watching a project come to fruition. 

What advice would you give other women considering the construction industry? I would encourage them to join the field and help us diversify the crowd. We need more women to share a new perspective and help us build incredible things. Attracting more women to this market will help us strengthen our teams. 

What can be done to attract more women to construction? We need to promote to younger women and start including them in the conversation young. 

What do you like to do in your free time? I enjoy spending time with my family, my sisters and my nieces and nephews. I enjoy getting outside, being active, and walking my dog with my boyfriend. I am also a wine connoisseur!
