What attracted you to the construction industry? The people, and the difference our work makes in the communities we live and work in. 

What do you enjoy most about your job? Collaboration across all areas of our company, as well as with clients and partners. 

What advice would you give other women considering the construction industry? Don’t let old views on this industry intimidate you. There are so many amazing opportunities for ANYONE in this industry working among great people. 

What can be done to attract more women to construction? Women in Construction networking events. 

What do you like to do in your free time? Spend time with my husband and two sons, cook, explore the Cleveland MetroParks.
