Construction Accounting Specialist

Accounts Payable, Construction Cost Accounting, AIA Draw Prep and Billings. Process subcontractor AIA invoices and vendor invoices. Effectively communicate with the project team members, clients and subcontractors • Process and route AP invoices for approval, ensure accuracy and proper coding. Perform other duties, tasks and special projects as required or as assigned by the management team.
