Main Areas of Responsibility
General Contractor with a focus on public (Government) projects has Onsite Superintendent openings at the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center located in Cleveland, Ohio. We are seeking an individual with general knowledge of the trades and someone that has worked as an onsite superintendent for a minimum of 5 years.
Additional Areas of Responsibility
Past experience working at medical centers and/or project spaces that are adjacent to occupied spaces is preferred. Also preferred, is the ability to perform some labor/light cleanup and minor miscellaneous carpentry tasks, however, not a requirement. Candidates must have the ability to work independently, read drawings, read specs, navigate a computer, Outlook, Word, and some Excel. Candidate must have the ability to multitask and keep up with the demands and workflow of projects that encompass various scopes of work.
