David Wondolowski Once Again to Lead Cleveland Building & Construction Trades Council
David J. Wondolowski is looking forward to leading the Cleveland Building & Construction Trades Council (CBCTC) for the 11th year as its executive secretary and business manager. The council is the umbrella organization for more than 29-member unions and 12,000 men and woman working in the construction industry in Northeast Ohio.
Wondolowski was selected at a meeting held on December 6th attended by 75 trades’ delegates who were able to nominate anyone for that seat as well as other board seats. He was the only person nominated for his leadership role, and the other current CBCTC board members were also unanimously selected, except for one departing board member who was replaced.
“I am honored to once again be able to champion some of the hardest working people of this region,’’ said Wondolowski. “I plan to stay focused on spearheading policies and initiatives that advance the local economy and provide good jobs to the region’s residents.”
