What does your company do?

BIM coordination services, BIM education, 3D component model and content creation and site plan logistics

What's your favorite part of your job and why?

Seeing our projects come to fruition. There is nothing more satisfying than to see our projects come to life and being able to physically walk through a project that one has only been able to visualize up to that point, knowing that we played a vital role in the construction of that project.

What has been the key to your company's success?

We try to go over and above for our clients by providing solutions to problems and getting them information to make an educated decision.

What important changes/initiatives are you working on right now?

Streamlining our processes to get more efficient at what we do. We get asked about providing additional services that are tedious on our clients end but may be able to be accomplished easier on OUR end. If we can find a way, we will provide that service.

How does your company find and retain talent?

We look for an intern from a trade school or a college who wants to learn more about what we do and how we do it. We will then "home grow" that student into someone that we may want to keep on staff.

What advice would you give to someone just starting their career in construction?

Keep an open mind and learn everything you can. There is a great deal of room for advancement for those who aspire to become leaders.
