Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility

To manage day to day office functions, process weekly payroll, process accounts payable. Knowledge to oversee accounts receivable and accounting knowledge to reconcile bank statements and enter general ledger entries.

Additional Areas of Responsibility

Full Time Monday-Friday 6:30a to 3:30p

Other Information/Requirements

Must have Microsoft office (Word/Excel/Outlook) knowledge. Must have knowledge of AIA standard billing process, Must be a Notary
