Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility
1. Oversee and manage both owner & subcontractor contracts and purchase orders templates utilizing procore. 2. Oversee electronic and hard-copy file management. 3. Provide assistance to pre-construction team. 4. Provide assistance to Marketing and Business Development Team. 5. Provide assistance to the project management team. 6. Provide assistance to the accounting team by helping to manage and secure our yearly certification renewals.
Additional Areas of Responsibility
Order bid documents, review architectural front-end documents for bid requirements, order bid bond, confirm insurance requirements, prepare bid submissions with signatures, oversee RFQ & RFP documents using InDesign, review architectural front-end documents for bid requirements, develop project narratives and images for proposals, compile change order back up and write necessary correspondences.
