Promotional Workforce Program
PROGRAM BACKGROUND:
CEA members requested CEA develop a program that provides trade individuals who are being considered for Crew Leader, Foreman and/or Superintendent positions an opportunity to learn about leadership expectations and constructions best practices. Input from 17 CEA member companies was used to develop this curriculum.
The individuals who provided context for curriculum have worked with their tools in the field or are directly working with their company’s field workforce. The instructor for all Levels/Sessions will be an individual that has served as an apprentice, journeyman, foreman and superintendent over their career. Each Level/Session will have team activities reinforcing the curriculum.

This is an INDUSTRY LED program is facilitated by individuals who were once fellow tradespeople in the construction industry. Attendees will be exposed to knowledge about leadership and construction best practices for advancement through interactive activities, lectures and discussions.
All levels include breakfast and lunch, at each session. Max of 15 participants per class series.
