Employee working from a podium ladder and standing on the slab with ceiling height of 8'2". Employee was using an angle grinder on the corner of columns to create a chamfered look and prevent the corners of the concrete columns from cracking. The shroud of the angle grinder did not over the entire face of the concrete surface due to the work being at the corner.
