The AP/AR Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day management of accounts payable along with producing a high-volume of customer invoices, review all back up documentation received from contractors and answer inquiries regarding billing and provide requested invoices. This position is responsible for overseeing and administrating the company wide Comdata credit card program. The AP/AR Specialist will be required to be familiar with contract terms and conditions related to billings. Attention to detail, self-motivated and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities: • Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, etc. to determine project needs • Set performance goals and deadlines • Plan construction processes and adhere to critical path scheduling. • Monitor and report on project progress; attend all scheduled project meetings. • Solid understanding of safety regulations and the ability to enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment

Immediate full-time opening for Payroll Supervisor with Cleveland General Contractor working primarily on government projects. Work includes hands on processing all phases of payroll in a multi-union environment from time input with detailed costing; processing of certified payrolls, EEO reporting, union reporting, and all weekly, monthly and quarterly tax reports and generalized payroll controls. Experienced in Microsoft Office and in Foundation software /Payroll4Construction an advantage, but we will train a strong candidate.
