ALL Erection & Crane Rental Corp. is seeking an experienced Accounting Associate with knowledge of basic accounting principles and solid general office skills to process Billing and Accounts Receivable. Accounts Receivable and Billing, provide accurate and timely accounting support and balance and maintain accurate ledgers.

The Office Administrator is the first point of contact for Donley's visitors. Supports Operations, Accounting, HR, Risk and Marketing departments. Essential functions include managing reception/lobby/front desk; supports AP dept, HR and Risk functions

Under general direction, to be responsible for the designing, planning, surveying, inspection, or construction of architectural work; and to perform related duties as required.

Under administrative direction, is responsible for planning and adminstering a specific project or program for a City department. Serves as the administrative supervisor on projects or programs. Plans, assigns, supervises, and reviews activities of subordinate personnel. Monitors the project or program's operating budget and assists in the annual preparation of same. Designs, implements, and monitors procedures utilized in program evaluation.

Under the direction of the Director, manages and directs the functions of all operatin Administers, supervises, monitors and enforces compliance with departmental practices and procedures. Provides reports and information to the Director as directed.
