This individual will be responsible for performing support activities both clerical and technical in nature as required to assist the Project Manager and Project Team. The ideal candidate will be client focused and will work well independently and as part of the Project Team. Order office supplies for the project site. Setup and maintain both electronic and hard copy files. Tracking change orders, RFI’s and submittal packages. Scan and copy documents. Preparation of correspondences, presentations, documents, manuals, information packages and/or reports. Perform daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for the Project Team. The Compliance Manager is responsible for monitoring specific requirements set forth in a project contract, based on the project’s funding sources (i.e. Federal, State, City, HUD and Private). The Compliance Manager is also responsible for the coordination of reporting requirements mandated by various government agencies for Marous Brothers Construction. In addition, the Compliance Manager will identify government reporting regulations affecting the Human Resources function (i.e. Section 3, Fannie Lewis, Davis Bacon, City, CMHA, HUD, etc.).

Examples include: soil drilling, rock coring, sampling, classifications, in-situ testing, and monitoring well installation. The Building & Construction team provides assurance, testing, inspection, and certification services and building science solutions to deliver Total Quality Assurance to the built environment. The team offers the architectural, engineering and construction (A/E/C) industry with a full suite of capabilities both in the lab and on site.
