The Concrete Contractors Association is comprised of CEA Members who are signatory with the Cement Masons Local 404, International Association of Operative Plasterers' and Cement Masons. The CCA is the vehicle through which CEA formulates and communicates Employer policy with respect to the employment of cement finishers, such as grievances, jurisdiction, workforce supply, and fringe benefits.

AGC Cleveland

CEA has housed the local Associated General Contractors (AGC) division since 1977, when the AGC of Ohio, Cleveland Division joined the Association to unify contractors’ collective voice. AGC Cleveland Members play a vital role in CEA, leading the industry as the contractors with the closest contact with customers of contractors’ services.

Policy Statement

The Parties recognize the problems and health hazards created by silica dust and the need to develop an awareness, medical monitoring and respirator program.  The Union and the Association are committed to protecting Employees and providing a safe working environment.  The purpose of the following Monitoring, Awareness and Respirator Safety (“MARS”) Program is to facilitate Employers’ efforts to provide a safe, healthy work environment for Employees.
