The Carpenter Contractors Association is comprised of CEA Members who are signatory with the Indiana / Kentucky / Ohio Regional Council of Carpenters, United Brotherhood of Carpenters (IKORCC / UBC). The CCA is the vehicle through which CEA formulates and communicates Employer policy with respect to the employment of carpenters, such as grievances, jurisdiction, workforce supply, and fringe benefits.
